Warming - citrus - mint
We source this oregano from our partner farmer in Emilia Romagna, middle Italy. This thyme is grown on a farm that is both organic and biodynamic certified. The post harvest drying is carried out in a solar powered drying room over a number of days. This slower drying process means more of the flavour & nutrients are maintained in the dried herb. The flavour really does not disappoint.
In order to get the best out of our spices, we've included a QR code on the side of the glass jar label. This links back to our website with thyme cooking tips & recipe ideas. The cooking tips give you ideas on how to season your food in different ways with oregano. The recipe ideas focus around seasonal, vegetarian eating to help with a more balanced, sustainable diet.
All spices are available in both glass jars and refill pouches. Packaging is either recyclable or compostable. The refill pouches are the exact same quantity as the jars so you only have to buy the jar once, or not at all if you already have your own.
The main benefit of buying our glass jars are the QR codes & artwork on the labels which is curated and designed by local Bristol artist & illustrator Hannah Grace. Our jars have 4 different designs, each representing a landscape from where our spices are sourced.
