Bruschetta

Finely chop and mix 4 tomatoes, 1/2 red onion & 4 or 5 fresh basil leaves. Mix 1 tsp All Italian blend, 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar, 2 tbsp olive oil & add to bowl. Add a pinch of salt, stir a few times to mix the flavours and serve on toasted baguette or ciabatta.
