Quick and easy recipe for a summer bruschetta. Great as a starter or a canape with friends round for drinks.

Recipe serves 8 portions 


4 tomatoes - chopped, 1/2 red onion – finely chopped , 1 tsp All Italian blend, 1  tbsp balsamic vinegar, 2 tbsp olive oil, sliced ciabatta or baguette. 5 fresh basil leaves.


Finely chop tomatoes and red onion and mix with All Italian blend, balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Add a pinch of salt, stir well and leave for least 10 minutes for flavours to combine.  Serve on toasted baguette or ciabatta - roughly tear the basil leaves and decorate.
