  • The Greek Gyros is inspired by the herby, citrus flavours of Mediterranean cuisine.
  • Aside for use as a dry rub or marinade, stir through Greek yoghurt or sprinkle on salads and vegetables. 

MARINADE RECIPE

  • Quick marinade recipe for South Mediterranean flavours on meat, poultry or veggies.
  • Add the following ingredients and mix until well combined: 1 tbsp greek gyros blend, 1 tbsp red/white/cider vinegar, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp water.
  • Squeeze half a lemon for added citrus kick. 
  • Always marinade for a minimum of 30 minutes or up to 6 hours for added flavour. 
  • Use an airtight container or ziplock bag to assist the marination process.
