Spiced Scrambled Eggs
Spice up your Sunday brunch with Indian inspired scrambled eggs.
Recipe for two people:
Beat 4 eggs with 1 tsp turmeric & 50 ml milk or coconut milk and set aside.
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan and add 2 handfuls of spinach.
Fry for 1-2 mins until spinach wilts
Add eggs and scramble.
Serve on toast.
